1. Who we are

AuditArmer ("we", "us", "our") is a compliance and cybersecurity education publisher. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact: /contact.

2. What we collect

  • Account & contact data — name and email when you subscribe, buy a template, or contact us.
  • Order data — items purchased, billing details, processed by our payment provider (we never store full card numbers).
  • Usage data — pages visited, device and browser type, collected via privacy-respecting analytics.
  • Cookies — see our Cookie Policy.

3. Why we use it

  • To deliver products, newsletters and replies you've asked for (contract).
  • To improve our content and the website (legitimate interests).
  • To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation).

4. Lawful basis (UK GDPR / EU GDPR)

We rely on consent (newsletter), performance of a contract (purchases), legitimate interests (site analytics, fraud prevention) and legal obligation (tax records).

5. Sharing

We share data only with processors who help us run the service — email delivery, payments, hosting and analytics. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data where required by law.

6. International transfers

Some processors are based outside the UK/EEA. Where that's the case, transfers are covered by adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Retention

Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe. Order data: 7 years (tax law). Support enquiries: 2 years.

8. Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or object to processing. Email us at /contact. You can complain to the ICO (UK) or your local supervisory authority.

9. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures, but no online service is 100% secure.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above will change.
