Terms of Service
Last updated: 30 May 2026
1. Acceptance
By using this website or buying our products you agree to these terms.
2. Educational content only — not professional advice
All articles, guides, checklists, templates and tools on AuditArmer are provided for general educational purposes. They are not legal, regulatory, accounting, audit, cybersecurity-engineering or other professional advice. You should obtain independent professional advice before acting on anything you read or download here. See our Disclaimer.
3. Accounts & orders
You must provide accurate information. We may refuse or cancel orders if we suspect fraud or breach of these terms. Prices are shown in the currency stated.
4. Digital products & refunds
Templates and tools are delivered electronically. Because they're digital and consumed immediately on download, you expressly waive the statutory right to withdraw once download begins. If a file is faulty, contact us within 14 days and we will repair, replace or refund.
5. Licence
You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the templates inside a single organisation. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish them as your own.
6. Intellectual property
All site content (text, images, design, code) is owned by AuditArmer or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law.
7. Acceptable use
Don't attack the site, scrape it at scale, misrepresent us, or use the content for unlawful purposes.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuditArmer is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data, or loss of audit certification arising from use of this site or our materials. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the site or breach of these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, unless mandatory consumer-law rules in your country of residence say otherwise.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use means you accept the changes.
